Artwork is designed and created in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, then exported to our Onyx RIP software for production on our HP Latex 365 print system. Once printed the high quality print that is produced is then laminated on our top spec Kala Arkane Laminator. Any cut vinyl requirements are produced on a Graphtec plotter.
Our process uses the very best equipment throughout to ensure a top grade product is supplied every time.

I need a full design service We work with the very latest Adobe Creative Suite design software, mainly in Illustrator and Photoshop. We can take your ideas and turn them into an eye catching vehicle wrap. Pricing starts at just £250.00 +VAT
I have a design but it’s not set up for print. Provided the design files are of a high enough quality and suitable file type, we are generally able to offer a ‘set up’ service and get your supplied files ready for output. Prices start at just £90.00 +VAT
I have ‘Print Ready Artwork’ Print ready files are different to a design file. A print ready file is something we can just drop into our Flexi RIP software and it be output onto the vinyl without any adjustment. It should be cropped into panels, sized for application to the vehicle once printed. We shouldn’t need to do anything to these files and you will be supplied the print directly from them. They should be CMYK, all fonts outlined and be at least 150dpi at 50% scale – or an equivalent. We are not responsible for this artwork.
Our output quality We print on HP Latex 365 print system, and through Onyx RIP software. We print on a 10 pass print mode at 720dpi. This coupled with the 50% scale 150dpi artwork gives an output quality that we have used for over 25 years in commercial vehicle wrapping projects, without complaint. Any pixellation at these levels will only be as a result of low quality supplied image files.
Our design service starts at £250.00 +VAT and will consist of a design to one vehicle template, working from supplied logo and information files. The fee will include 3 revisions of the design, but does not include any additional purchases of stock images or other files required. Additional revisions of artwork will be charged at £50.00 +VAT. Additional vehicle types from the same base design will be charged at £90.00 as a one off set up cost. The service includes the design being set up into print ready artwork ready for output.
